It measures 7 feet long, and it has glass on the sides of the clock, and note that all the glass in the case is bevelled. Even the top round and the bottom front door rectangle glass is bevelled. Look at the extensive carvings no the bottom and top of the case, and the absolutely terrific finish on the case. It is complete and ready for the movement to be installed into it, and it even has the mounting bracket already in the case. The carvings are very deep and intricate, juts as the original waterbury case of the late 1890's. Don't just let your movement sit around the house in a box-put it into this great case. Almost any pinwheel movement will fit into this case, whether it is american, french or swiss. If you love this case as i do, and you do not have the movement for it, then email me, and i can sell you the pinwheel movement compelte to go into it, with 24 karat gold plated finish on it, porcelain dial, and grid iron pendulum. It is a great set, and at a very economical price, just as is the reserve on this case. Shipping is approximateyl $400 anywhere in the continental usa through a freight carrier.
